1. Our Services
 

Vaishnav Caterers LLC provides vegetarian food services including:

• Weekly Meal Plans

• Pre-Order Meals

• Private Chef In-Home Services

• Catering for Small Gatherings & Events

• Customized Vegetarian Menus
   

All commissary-prepared food is made in a licensed commercial kitchen in accordance with applicable Oregon food safety regulations.
 

2. Booking & Confirmation
 

Submitting an inquiry or completing our Client Intake Form does not guarantee a reservation.
 

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Menu and service details have been finalized, and

• The required deposit or full payment has been received.
   

Availability is offered on a first-confirmed basis.
 

3. Pricing
 

Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may change based on:

• Guest count

• Menu selection

• Ingredient costs

• Event duration

• Travel distance

• Equipment or rental requirements

• Special requests
   

A quote will be provided before confirming your booking.
 

4. Payments
 

We currently accept:

• Zelle

• Bank Transfer

• Credit & Debit Cards

• PayPal

• Venmo

• Cash
   

Applicable processing fees may apply depending on the payment method selected. 
Invoices are payable according to the payment terms shown on the invoice.
 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

• Deposits may be non-refundable once ingredients have been purchased or preparations have begun.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

• Refunds, if applicable, are determined based on the timing of the cancellation and work already completed.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Preferences
 

Clients are responsible for informing us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special dietary preferences before service.

While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Vaishnav Caterers LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.
 

7. Private Chef Services
 

For in-home chef services, clients agree to provide:

• A clean and safe kitchen environment

• Functional appliances

• Adequate workspace

• Access to running water and electricity
   

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
 

8. Client-Supplied Ingredients
 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ingredients may be supplied by either the client or Vaishnav Caterers LLC.

When ingredients are purchased on behalf of the client, actual grocery costs or the agreed estimate will be included in the final invoice.
 

9. Pickup and Delivery
 

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive delivered orders at the agreed time.
 

10. Photography
 

With the client's permission, photographs of food, table settings, or event displays may be used for our website or social media.

We will not publish identifiable photographs of clients or guests without their consent.
 

11. Website Content
 

All text, photographs, graphics, menus, logos, and other website content are the property of Vaishnav Caterers LLC unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.
 

12. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaishnav Caterers LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
 

13. Changes to These Terms
 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any revisions will become effective when posted on this website.
 

14. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be governed by the applicable state or federal courts located in Oregon.
